Refund, Fee and Subscription Policy
This Refund, Fee and Subscription Policy (“Policy”) supplements CoinIQ’s Terms of Service and governs all fees charged by CoinIQ (“CoinIQ,” “we,” “us”), operated by CoinIQ, LLC, for use of the Platform at coiniq.bet.
1. What CoinIQ Charges For
CoinIQ charges for access to its software, not for trading outcomes, and not as a counterparty to any trade.
- Price. $99.00 USD for each 30 days of automated trading.
- Ways to buy. A one-time pass: one payment for 30 days, with no automatic renewal. Or, where offered, a monthly subscription that renews automatically every 30 days until you cancel it.
- Ways to pay. PayPal, which may offer cards, a PayPal account, Venmo, Pay Later, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, depending on what is offered to you; or cryptocurrency through Coinbase Commerce. A crypto payment buys a one-time pass.
- Free trial. New accounts get a 3-day free trial of automated trading. One trial per person: we may refuse or end a trial we believe was obtained through more than one account.
- Promo codes. We may offer promo codes for a discount or for free days. A code applies only on the terms shown when it is offered (such as its amount, expiry, and number of uses), has no cash value, and may be withdrawn before it is applied to a payment.
- Pricing flexibility. We reserve the right to change fees, introduce new plans, or offer promotional discounts at any time, upon thirty (30) days’ notice to active subscribers.
CoinIQ does not hold, custody, or have access to your trading capital. Funds you use to trade on Kalshi or Polymarket remain in accounts you control directly with those platforms at all times. References to “capital” in this Policy mean capital you have allocated for trading on those third-party platforms through your own accounts, not funds held by CoinIQ.
2. Trials, Passes & Subscriptions
- A free trial or a pass ends at the end of its period. A pass does not renew: buy another to continue.
- When a trial or a paid period ends without a new payment, the bot stops placing new bets for your account. Bets already open are still managed, including exits, stop-losses, and settlement, until they close. Your account, settings, history, and connected keys stay in place, and a new payment lets the bot place new bets again.
- A subscription bills automatically every 30 days, counted from your purchase date.
- You may cancel a subscription’s future renewals at any time by emailing [email protected] or, for a subscription paid through PayPal, from your PayPal account. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancellation must be received at least twenty-four (24) hours before your next billing date. A cancellation made within 24 hours of the billing date will not stop that charge; in that case, you keep access through the end of the period you were just charged for, and the subscription will not renew again afterward.
- Failure to pay a fee when due means the bot stops placing new bets for your account, and may result in suspension of access to automated trading.
3. No Refunds: Software Fees
All fees are non-refundable once processed, and there are no prorated refunds for early cancellation or unused days. This includes, without limitation:
- Cancelling partway through a pass or billing period (you keep access through the end of the period already paid for; no partial-period refund is issued);
- Periods of low or no trading activity, whether due to market conditions, maintenance or outages at Kalshi or Polymarket, the Platform’s trading logic, your settings, or your own choice not to switch on automated trading;
- Dissatisfaction with trading performance or results.
Once a payment has been authorized and processed, including a cryptocurrency payment confirmed on its network, it is final and will not be reversed, except where required by applicable law.
4. No Refunds or Reversal: Deployed Trading Capital
CoinIQ does not refund, reverse, or compensate for capital you have deployed into a trade on Kalshi or Polymarket through the Platform. Once an order the Platform placed for you has been submitted to and accepted by Kalshi or Polymarket, it is subject exclusively to that platform’s own rules regarding cancellation, settlement, and finality. CoinIQ has no ability to cancel, reverse, or refund a trade after submission, because CoinIQ is not the counterparty and does not custody the funds at risk.
- Outcomes of settled trades (wins and losses) are determined entirely by Kalshi’s or Polymarket’s own settlement rules and the outcome of the underlying market.
- If you believe a trade was placed in error due to a software defect, contact us at [email protected]. We will investigate, but investigation does not guarantee compensation, and any goodwill credit, if granted, is solely at our discretion and is not an admission of fault.
5. Technical Errors & Voided Markets
- Voided, delayed, or cancelled markets: settlement in these cases is determined by Kalshi’s or Polymarket’s own rules. CoinIQ has no independent authority over this outcome.
- Platform or software errors attributable to CoinIQ (for example, a confirmed bug that caused an order to be placed contrary to your settings): we will investigate in good faith and, at our sole discretion, may issue a fee credit, such as free days. This Policy does not create an obligation to compensate for trading losses, which remain your responsibility as described in the Risk Disclosure.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Opening a card chargeback or a PayPal dispute for a legitimately authorized CoinIQ charge, rather than contacting us first at [email protected], is treated as a serious violation of the Terms. If you file a chargeback or dispute that we determine, after investigation, to be fraudulent, made in bad faith, or inconsistent with the services actually provided:
- Your CoinIQ account, including automated trading, may be suspended or terminated immediately, without further notice;
- We reserve the right to contest the chargeback or dispute with the card issuer, PayPal, or the card network using records of your account activity, IP logs, and your acceptance of the Terms;
- A $50.00 USD administrative fee will be assessed against your account to recover the costs of investigating and contesting the dispute;
- Any outstanding balance owed to us as a result of a reversed charge, including the administrative fee above, may be referred to a third-party collections agency, and you agree to reimburse our reasonable costs of collection, including attorneys’ fees, to the extent permitted by applicable law; and
- We reserve all other rights and remedies available at law or in equity.
Nothing in this Section limits your right to dispute a charge in good faith through your card issuer or PayPal where you believe an error or an unauthorized charge has genuinely occurred.
7. Changes to Fees
We may change our fees prospectively with at least 30 days’ notice by email or in the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after a fee change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new fee.
